Digital Shorts: The Space Olympics

The year is 3022, and this galactic sporting event is having some financial difficulties.

As I mentioned before, if not for Andy Samburg - there would be almost nothing worthwhile about SNL. Michael Phelps as host was wretched. He's like an awkward stoner that's never been out of small town USA. See what happens when he meets the big city lights. Rated R.

I was finally able to watch this SNL on DVR last night, and it was absolutely horrible. I seriously don't remember laughing the entire time, other than a little at Tina Fey's Palin accent and "I can see Alaska from my house." But I guess when you lose all your best players in the last couple years (Fallon, Fey, Parnell, Rudolph, soon Poehler), and replace them with no-name hacks, your product is bound to suck. I still keep watching it, even though it's been unwatchable since Ferrell, Oteri, et al left.
